Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Ashton Global LLC, which operates the AlphaSeek Allocator Network ("AlphaSeek", "we"), handles the information you provide on community.alphaseekglobal.com.

What we collect

When you apply for membership we collect your name, title, institution, institutional email address, institution type, assets under management or advisement, areas of interest, the request you select and any note you add. We also record the date and time of the application.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to operate and secure the site. This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page visits, loads only if you choose "Accept analytics" in the privacy choices banner, and you can at any time.

How we use it

We use application information to verify your institution, role and investor status, to decide on your application, to contact you about it, and, if you are approved, to set up your membership and match research to your program.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your name, institution or mandate with fund managers unless you ask for an introduction.

Who processes it

We use service providers to run the site and handle applications, including website hosting (Vercel), workflow automation (Make), customer relationship management (Pipedrive) and, for approved members, the community platform. These providers process information on our behalf and under our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep application records for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. If your application is declined, we delete it within 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Email privacy@alphaseekglobal.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted connections, and access to application records is limited to AlphaSeek staff who review applications.
